To use the software contained herein, it is necessary to create two files:
/etc/sgmp.variables, for the use of a variable converter, and to make
an entry for service "sgmp" in /etc/services (or whatever that file
is called on your system). The format of the /etc/sgmp.variables file
is lines of the form:

<symbolic variable name> <numeric equivalent>

An example /etc/sgmp.variables file can be found in the etc directory.
Example configuration files for sgmpask and sgmptrapd can also be found
in the etc directory
