    %prog V2.0: a front-end to Pat and the Oxford English Dictionary

# Local announcements below
The %prog client code, at initial revision level 2.0, is now in formal release.
A compress'ed tar archive of the program is available for anonymous FTP from
uxc.cso.uiuc.edu as pub/oed2-2.0X.tar.Z.

Pat manuals are available in the CSO Distribution Center at 1208 W Springfield
for $10.  A bargain and helpful to boot.  Be the Nth on your block to own one.

New Features: vt200 mode that uses the multi-national, technical, and
special graphics character sets found on VT2XX class terminals and its
clones.  Use either -m 2 (command line or environment variable) or mode 2
(interactive).
