Alternatively, it is available from Joe Connor:

Bug report

1) The routines to call external programs are at a very early stage
and may cause problems, depending on your operating system.
Please read the 'Sample playback routines' page in the SampleC
   hypertext for more information.

2) When all dialogs are closed, the mouse pointer is not changed to a
'rotating disc' when generating a sample hypertext. This is purely
   cosmetic.

3) Dialogs may not be opened in the order they were saved in when
loading setups. This is due to the way the fldlib routines are
   implemented.

4) Users with STE machines may experience difficulty double clicking
on items - this is due to a bug in TOS1.6. A patch to correct this
problem, called BUTNFIX, is freely available in the public domain.

Finally, I hope you have fun with SampleC!
